I strive to create a warm therapeutic atmosphere where you will feel understood and comfortable exploring your concerns openly and effectively. As a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience, my practice draws on insight-oriented, cognitive-behavioral and solutions-based approaches as well as other well established therapy models. In addition to depression, anxiety and relationship/interpersonal concerns, I specialize in addressing life transitions, identity development, self-esteem, resilience after setback, work/study impasses and career concerns.
