My name is Tamara Knapp, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I specialize in expressive arts therapy with adults and teens who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress management, and grief. I help by being a compassionate listener and inviting them to express themselves in new ways. In our first few sessions, you can expect to feel seen and heard and to be invited to share your experiences in a warm, welcoming environment. My practice is unique because I blend talk therapy with expressive arts in such a way to make the difficult things you experience more visible and deepen your awareness in the present moment.
