The psychotherapy process is an exploration. As we safely explore the problem or pain that has motivated you to seek services, you will make discoveries about yourself and the nature of your relationships with others through the development of insight. You will also gain a new experience of yourself and others through the reparative therapeutic relationship that you and I will forge, correcting what may have gone awry in prior relationships. Through insight and a corrective experience, you will be in a better position to change what you can and accept what you cannot, ultimately permitting healing and growth to occur.
