Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my MSW from the University of Northern Iowa in 2018, where I specialized in trauma processing and trauma-informed care. I am a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist and work with depression, anxiety, anger management, and addiction, among other issues. I like to use an eclectic style in my treatment modalities, and I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” in therapy. I think people are the experts on their own experiences, so I enjoy working with individuals to tailor their mental health services to meet their needs.
