I'm a compassionate and creative psychotherapist in private practice in Maplewood and Jersey City, NJ. I use an eclectic approach to healing using mind, body, and heart connections. I believe in the ability for all of us to heal and grow from a place of self acceptance and compassion. I help my clients define their goals for therapy and we create a plan together in a safe and calming environment. My areas of experience include trauma, childhood abuse, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and relationship issues. I enjoy working with individuals and couples.
