I have a strong belief in creating an non-judgmental environment where clients will feel comfortable with open expression of their thoughts and feelings. I enjoy working with clients to identify risk factors, negative thinking, paranoia, moments of insecurity, episodes of depression and moments of overwhelming anxiety and stress. As a therapist, I understand the importance of examining and exploring underlying causes of symptoms and establishing healthy coping and calming skills.
