At Tamarack Counseling Services, our ideal client is a youth, adolescent, or adult who is carrying emotional, behavioral, or relational struggles and is looking for a safe place to begin healing. They may be living with PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use concerns, or the stress of difficult life transitions. Often, they feel overwhelmed, discouraged, or unsure of how to move forward, and many have been trying to manage their pain on their own for far too long.
