So glad to connect. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have over twenty years of experience supporting people who are navigating challenges in their lives. I have focused on working with people going through tough transitions in life such as a separation, divorce and rebuilding their identity after trauma. I have specialized training to help adults with anxiety, depression and those with personality disorders. I have unique expertise that includes coparenting after domestic violence, coping with parental alienation and escaping from codependency. I enjoy working with people who are committed to their growth.
