With decades of clinical experience, I am deeply honored to support professional Black women—as well as couples and families—on their journey to healing, empowerment, and lasting change. I recognize the unique challenges that come with being a leader, a caretaker, and a trailblazer in multiple aspects of life. Many of the women I work with are high-achieving, purpose-driven, and constantly balancing the demands of leadership with the unspoken pressure to be everything to everyone.
