Trained in Family Systems, expertise in ADHD and relationship dynamics, I work with individuals, couples and families. I am client centered and a bit more directive and goal oriented rather than passive. Your time is valuable. I want to see you get results. I offer clients resources and "exercises" to work on between sessions if you desire or you can simply work in sessions if you are too busy (many of us are!). I respect your background, values, beliefs, ethics, faith and what you bring to the process. We will collaborate in this process. You are the expert on YOU but I will give you ideas to help maximize your process.
