Available for in-person services in Reno. Telehealth is also an option if needed. I treat clients of all ages with a down-to-earth style while guiding through psychological and behavioral process. I collaborate with clients to assess their needs and implement appropriate methods such as ACT, DBT, FAP (an interpersonal approach), and CBT. I previously taught preschool, middle school, and high school and also spent over 8 years treating college students. Assessing and treating kids while coaching parents is also a favorite part of my practice.
