Most clients come in with unhealthy ways of coping with life. My goal is to get a better understanding of their needs and to help them accomplish their goals. A lot of clients have emotional dysregulation and once they learn healthier ways of coping, their life gets better. It can be a long road, however, learning these skills are life long skills that can enhance their life.
