I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology (MSCP) from Chatham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Childhood Studies from Rutgers University, where I also minored in Criminal Justice and Gender Studies. My professional background is rooted in advocacy, social justice, and client-centered, trauma-informed care. I specialize in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and support adolescents, young adults, and adults through deeply human experiences such as interpersonal violence, anxiety, depression, grief, self-doubt, racial identity, and life transitions.
