I’m glad you’re here, and you are brave for investing in yourself. I specialize in working with people with a background of trauma, including complex trauma, sexual trauma, racial trauma, and religious trauma. I have experience in working with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and executive functioning, anxiety, depression, grief, posttraumatic stress disorder, racial and ethnic identity, women’s issues, and youth mental health. I am queer-affirming. As a Black woman, I enjoy helping other people of color heal from racialized trauma and realize they are enough.
