I’m a Psychotherapist in private practice. I’m also a Psychoanalyst with four years of postgraduate study at the National Institute of the Psychotherapies I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, phobias, compulsions, panic disorder, interpersonal issues and the manifestations of early trauma and I also work with partners in relationships of all kinds whether romantic, business or family. My experience has taught me that each person benefits from a different approach to psychotherapy. With that in mind I’ve spent many years training in a variety of different modalities and use them flexibly in my practice. In addition to traditional insight therapy, I offer EMDR, a therapy to resolve traumatic memory; Hypnosis for behavioral change and performance enhancement; and cognitive behavioral therapy to explore thoughts and their relationship to emotions and behaviors. I am also a ketamine assisted psychotherapist certified by Journey Clinical.
