I am licensed in Georgia with 9 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with grief and loss, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges that brought you to therapy. This will give you and I the opportunity to create a treatment plan that will outline realistic goals specifically for your needs.
