I focus on supporting children, teens and women; helping them to lead healthier lives. Whether you need someone to talk to, someone to lend advice, or someone to support and encourage you on your journey towards complete restoration, I would be honored to walk alongside you to help you reach your goals. I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma, body image issues, and low self-esteem.
