Hi, I’m Tammy. If you are here it might mean life is pretty challenging for you at the moment. I totally get it. Life can be really tough and it takes a lot of courage to seek help. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, body acceptance, neurodivergence, self-harm, or stress in relationships, you’ve come to the right place. We will collaborate on what you’d like out of therapy and explore the most effective ways to get you there. I will help be your guide and support during your therapy journey. I have a special focus and interest in working with teenagers and adoptees. I have extensive training with teens in crisis.
