I believe in providing talk therapy in a supportive, strengths-based manner that allows the participant to feel seen, heard and understood. Each person is able to identify their path but a guide is always helpful and can speed up the process. This is my goal as a therapist! I utilize a large range of therapeutic techniques and theories based on needs presented and best fit interventions on an individualized basis.
