Tammy Ellison, LISW I am experienced in counseling and therapy for children, teens and adults including individuals and families. Behavior, school and parenting issues. Divorced parents. Anxiety and depression. General life issues and adjustment to life changes. I strongly believe that all people have the ability to change. Disappointment, failure and dissatisfaction in the past does not have to mean more of the same in the future. I use cognitive-behavioral approaches, experiential approaches, positive psychology and solution-focused therapy. Each person is unique and requires a unique combinations of treatment modalities. I create an intuitive, thoughtful, safe space for clients.
