I’m a compassionate and collaborative therapist dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, attachment-based, somatic, and trauma-informed therapies. I believe in meeting clients where they are and tailoring the work to their unique needs, helping them build self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change in their lives. In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. I’ll ask questions about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and any relevant history you'd like to share. We’ll also talk about your goals and what you hope to get out of our work together.
