At some point in our life we hit a bump in the road. It has been my experience that with the right tools and a supportive system, the client can do extremely well in therapy. My goal is not to have the client in therapy for years to come, but rather to enable them to get over the hurdle they face and live the most productive life that they can. Most of the work I do is with either individuals or families. My training is in Family Systems and I am an ongoing participant at the Family Institute of Westchester.
