As a bi-lingual (Spanish-English) therapist in Santa Clara County, I work with children, adolescents, families, individual adults and couples. My therapeutic practice is based on a person-centered psychodynamic approach where I employ strengths based, trauma informed, motivational interviewing and family systems evidence-based frameworks. My primary focus is to provide clients with a safe non-judgemental and culturally attuned space to explore and process. My aim is to help you achieve personal goals that will make life more fulfilled and find ways to adjust to demands and stressors.
