I’m passionate about fostering a safe environment where clients can heal, build resilience, and discover hope. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Standard Level Triple P (Positive Parenting Program), and I’ve also completed training in Maternal Mental Health with Postpartum Support International. I’ve worked with children, adolescents, families, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting challenges, ODD, and ADHD.
