Taking the first step toward improving your emotional and physical health and well-being is a big step, and I am glad you are here. My name is Tania and I am a licensed clinical therapist. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals in clinical, inpatient, outpatient, and educational environments. My thirty years of experience spans a diverse array of populations. I am fortunate to work with adults and adolescents navigating life transitions such as mid-late adolescence, adulthood, parenthood, midlife, the empty nest years, and becoming caregivers for aging parents.
