My clients teens and young adults who need help identifying and managing their mental health needs whether that is Anxiety, Depression, social problems, and/or adjusting to growing up. I provide therapy as well as psychoeducational assessment services. My assessments target neurodiverse abilities such as ADHD, Autism & learning disabilities. When relevant assessments include recommendations for accommodations for school and work. For my therapy practice, I used solution focused approaches as well as behavior based strategies, combining my skills to create a positive therapeutic experience. Virtual services only in FL and SC.
