Hello, I am Tanisha Williams CEO of The Relationship Rehabilitation Center. I am. Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor. As a therapist I see many of us stuck in life only being held back by our past... past trauma, pain, and fears. Leaving us stuck in the cycles of our past. Reliving the same pain, failures, and experiences. Clients come in feeling confused as they can't escape these cycles and are plagued with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. Some of the issues we face are inherited from generational trauma or biological. Even though we may feel hopeless there is hope. The mission of The RRC is to heal the relationships with ourselves and our families. I understand that we are wired to connect. At The RRC we use attachment theory, inner child therapy, and CBT. These modalities of therapy allow us to gain insight and clarity. Once we identify the core wounds we can begin to heal and end our dysfunctional patterns.
