Hi there, I'm Taniya! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles. I adopt a person-centered approach, tailoring each session to the client's needs. Through a collaborative process, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and a Strength-based approach to help clients reach their goals.
