I deeply enjoy the artwork of the therapy process. My goal is to help people find freedom and peace from traumas, addictions, unhealthy relationships, and destructive behaviors. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, children, and groups. My approach includes honesty and gentleness to build safety to face whatever obstacles are getting in the way.
