I genuinely care about my clients and enjoy helping them to improve their lives through learning techniques and skills to decrease anxiety, depression and grief. I also help clients to understand how their attachment style impacts all of their relatIonships. I will work with you in ways that empower you to recognize your own strengths and reach your full potential as a fellow human being on this journey called life. I see children, adolescents, adults and couples both in person and online.
