Life is pretty wild. None of us asked to be here, and there’s no rule book for how to get through unscathed. At times, it can feel like too much to carry alone. Hi, I’m Tanya. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who supports individuals through a wide range of concerns, with areas of focus including trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I offer a trauma-informed, person-centered approach that integrates psychodynamic and existential perspectives with evidence-based practices such as CBT.
