In my practice, I work collaboratively with determined, high-achieving women who are navigating the challenges of anxiety, perfectionism, and imposter syndrome. I understand the unique pressures that come with high expectations, and I strive to create a supportive and empowering space where you can explore these challenges with confidence. My approach is warm, interactive, and client-centered, meaning I deeply value your experiences and perspectives as we work toward meaningful change. I specialize in helping women who struggle with self-doubt, burnout, and the fear of not being “good enough” despite their accomplishments. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), I tailor treatment to your individual needs. I am also trained in EMDR.
