Congratulations on taking the first step to self improvement. The process of therapy is personal and should be tailored to meet you where you are in the journey. My role is to help create that path with you. I believe in collaboratively building goals, through exploration of my client’s visions of happiness and a deep understanding of personal strengths and a weaknesses.
