Welcome to my private practice. My emphasis is on adolescents and young adults who struggle with social, emotional, life and relationship difficulties. These struggles include depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, peer pressure, family and peer difficulties, bullying, life stress, substance use, or academic achievement challenges. I provide a safe and comfortable environment without judgment or assumption. I have an inviting, solution focused approach that allows me to focus on my clients current needs and create realistic goals where you will receive support and feedback from me as you go through this process.
