Tara is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a broad range of professional experience. She works with children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and family settings. She has experience assisting clients as they navigate life transitions, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, stress, emotional disturbance, trauma, anger, parenting challenges, low self esteem, and systemic familial and relationship issues.
