Seeking support can be challenging for a variety of reasons. Whatever those challenges may be, I will work to support you on your path towards healing. In my practice, I provide compassionate, open-minded therapy while working collaboratively with each client to achieve their treatment goals. I actively listen to all my clients while also providing plenty of specific feedback, skills coaching, and support. Together, we will work to help you heal from life’s challenges and stressors, develop tools for what may come your way, and experience the life you want to live.
