At this time I am full but can take clients onto my waitlist. I am seeing clients between the hours of 9-2:30pm. My approach to therapy is to create a warm, curious, and accepting space where we can explore what is going on and I can assist you in applying concrete evidence-based tools and techniques that can create lasting change. I strive to meet clients where there are at and work collaboratively to create a plan so that you can live as fully as possible. I specialize in the treatment of obsessive- compulsive disorder, hoarding disorder, anxiety disorders, and PTSD.
