As a Meditation Teacher and Holistic Counselor, I'm honored to serve clients in Portland, Oregon and Albany, New York. Drawing on 20+ years of experience, I integrate mainstream and alternative tools to nurture emotional wellness, offering an intuitive, holistic approach to counseling and teaching. For my Portland-based clients, we connect in-person several times per year, complemented by virtual support in between. This flexible hybrid model requires an openness to both in-person and online sessions. I look forward to joining you on this journey of self-discovery.
