Hello! My name is Tara Johnson, LPC, and I am a graduate of Walden University with my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. In my educational and clinical journey, I have found the Cognitive-Behavioral approach to be of great assistance; however, I am also aware that everyone is unique thereby requiring the addition of other therapies as warranted in my “mental health toolbox”.
