I have been working with many different populations for over 30 years. I have worked with individuals, families, children, seniors, and couples. I am currently offering Telemental Health Therapy services to all ages. I am a good listener and able to help people redirect their lives and feel better about themselves using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities. I have worked with the assessment process in determining the direction of care. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other modalities to help support my clients.
