I work with adults in life transitions, folks struggling with relationships, healthy versus unhealthy dynamics and habits, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, or existential issues. Teens and young adults trying to find their way in the world are under additional pressure these days. I can help with the transition from the last few years of high school to whatever comes next, and post-college transitions. Those on a creative path may also resonate with my approach. You may feel lost, confused, angry, alienated, unmotivated, or have uncertain goals. Your thought patterns might seem circular, overly critical, or just unhelpful. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over twenty years of experience working in education and nonprofits, I served in a wide range of environments including universities, as a professor and counselor, and as a teacher in a performing arts high school. I also love working with adults on navigating the maze of midlife, work, or retirement transitions.
