I’m dedicated to creating a safe, open environment where every voice is heard. I believe that therapy should be a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. I work with adolescents, adults, and families, helping them find their voice, identity, and independence while navigating expectations from family and society. As a LMFT, my approach is trauma-informed, and I utilize interventions including CBT and DBT, to help individuals and families work through challenges. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. My background in Intensive In-Home Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services (IICAPS) has provided me with extensive experience in working with complex psychological and behavioral needs.
