My passion is working with children, adolescents, individuals and families in creating a safe and comfortable place to work through their emotional stress while developing the skills to identify their role in the systems around them. I use a holistic, evidence based, and natural conversational approach when working with my clients to help provided them with realistic outcomes. This includes normalizing situations and providing a non-judgmental atmosphere. I work with my clients in creative ways to setup sessions to ensure their experience is individualized to fit their needs. I work with individuals dealing with anger issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, ODD, disruptive and impulsive behavioral concerns, guilt/shame, self-esteem issues, sexual identity and gender issues, women issues, family changes, and relational issues. I have experience working with trauma, child abuse, and supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community.
