Welcome to River Bluff Mental Health! Accepting new clients with appointments available in the same week. Experiencing anxiety and OCD symptoms can be distressing and sometimes even debilitating. I have lived experience with OCD and anxiety, so I can relate to you and what you are experiencing. I have found that my clients feel comfortable and heard, especially when sharing uncomfortable thoughts/symptoms they have. I have also completed ERP myself, so I can sympathize with some of the challenges you might or have experienced. This is why I started my private practice, in hopes to help and encourage as many people as I can.
