Therapy can often be a great way to gain support, tools, or understanding from a new perspective. Whether this is a new venture out of your comfort zone or your are returning to therapy because it has helped in the past, I believe in cultivating belonging, and healing while continuously striving towards empowerment and growth from humanistic perspective. I offer a whole person approach to my work in person and online, integrating my training in Creative Arts Therapy, Substance Use Counseling, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Perinatal Mental Health, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness into the therapeutic process.
