Do you feel stuck? Overwhelmed? Numb? Inadequate? Exhausted? Are you tired of ruminating, overthinking, and intrusive thoughts? Are you a Christian experiencing a crisis of faith, religious OCD or spiritual abuse recovery? I am honored to support women with their anxiety, OCD, Christian faith issues, trauma recovery, or burn-out. I empower women to find their confidence and peace. I help clients learn to quiet their minds. By the end of therapy, many of my clients express an increased overall sense of well-being, clarity, and direction. I serve clients virtually in Tennessee and Georgia and in-person in Nashville.
