Therapy can offer enormous potential to help an individual create the life he/she wants. My goal is to provide a safe space to explore your worries and concerns. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a key component to helping one gain clarity and begin to make positive changes. I am a licensed clinical social worker with twenty years of experience . I have two offices , one in Riverdale and one in Bronxville .I work with young adults and adults experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting issues and various other life transitions.
