Hello, I’m Tara Reilley, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling, and I’m thrilled to serve our Idaho Falls community. After raising six children with my spouse of 24 years on our cozy farm, I’m now pouring my heart into helping others find healing and hope. I believe life’s challenges are often relational, and I use a holistic approach incorporating Gestalt therapy, Internal Family Systems, and somatic (body) methods to guide clients toward wholeness, connecting mind and body in a warm, supportive space.
