As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 19 years of experience, I have a passion for helping people struggling with life stressors, difficulty adjusting to transitions, crises, sensory overload, exacerbation of mental health symptoms, i.e. anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar, personality disorders, complex trauma and/or PTSD, C-PTSD, Acute Stress Disorder (to name a few), and alcohol/ substance misuse issues. I am currently providing Telehealth as a Clinical Social Worker/ Psychotherapist, self-employed, independent contractor at ALTNS Group, a Private Group Practice. I am skilled in clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care. My goal is to provide high-quality, evidence-based, culturally responsive care to diverse populations, also working to advance the field of social work through research, education, and advocacy.
