Sometimes we need to talk with someone who can truly hear us in order to navigate difficulties and life transitions. I will listen closely to what is troubling you, as well as to what is most important to you. I am most influenced by practices of narrative therapy, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy, all of which assist with distancing oneself from unhelpful narratives, thoughts, and feelings, and with living a value driven life. I have specialized interest in assisting with relational issues and trauma, life changes, women’s and perinatal issues, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and behavioral/habitual changes.
